Parent response from my courses in infant massage

  • A good combination of information/guidance
  • Calm that arose / good social time/moment of my own
  • Better understanding of respect
  • A you-and-I feeling with my baby, sitting with her and getting to know her
  • The fact that it is on the children's conditions
  • The subject is very useful at home
  • I feel as if I have been seen
  • I think we have much better contact now. I can also listen to my child's needs better
  • Our relationship has been affected in that we really take time for each other - just the two of us, which is extremely nice and cosy
  • We now have better contact, I think that I am better at understanding what he wants

During a course on infant massage you learn, together with your child, how you can massage him or her. Parents and children meet together with the instructor at least 5 times for 1-1.5 hours each time. You will receive guidance in how massage can be adapted to your children and to your needs. It is never too late to begin massaging the child, but it is best to participate in a course before the child starts to crawl. Both parents, together with the child, are welcome.

You will discover how skilled your child is in telling you how they want it regardless of their age.

- When can one start?

- Basically, you can start as soon as you feel comfortable after childbirth.

If you have the skills, the art of massage can be started shortly after the birth of your child. We always ask the child for permission to massage, if you have their consent then you have the best possible prerequisites for success, amazing isn’t it?

Some children enjoy massage most in their home environment.Based on individual needs, it is possible to adapt the course as needed.
